- 2 pneumatic rewind mandrels in 76, 40 and 25 mm
- 10 circular knives (manual adjustment)
- 6 straight knives
- Label or metre counter (ultrasound cell)
- BST web aligner with ultrasonic sensor

- 250 Job memory for easy and quick job set ups
- Flag detection sensor
- Automatic stop according to counter programming or fault reading
- Stop when paper breaks
- Edge feeder
- Rewind of defective labels
- Anti-static bar
- 200% control camera
- BST video inspection with touch screen controls 100%:
- Camera with up to 30 images per second shows each repeat in real time
- Clear image representation, even with reflective materials
- Automatically synchronised images over the speed range up to 250 m/min
- Detection of missing labels, print defects and die residue
- (defect size Ø approx 0.5 mm)
- accurate counting of repeats, labels and missing labels for 20 lanes.
